01 General Terms and Member Eligibility

The fu99 platform operates online and provides betting entertainment services to eligible users. Use of this platform is fully subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document. By accessing or using any part of the fu99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these terms.

To register and use the fu99 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• You are registering voluntarily and not under any form of coercion.
• You are not on any betting exclusion list issued by any relevant authority.
• All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You may only have one account active at any one time.

02 Registration & Account Management

The fu99 account registration process requires you to provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full name, ID card number, phone number, and email address. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) and financial transaction processing.

Fu99 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for further verification purposes. Documents that may be required include a copy of your ID card, recent bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account passwords confidential.
• All activity on your account is entirely your responsibility.
• Fund transfers between member accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts must be used exclusively by the registered owner — account sharing is not permitted.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

Fu99 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong to the registered account owner.
• Fu99 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must come from an account registered under the same member's name.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes dependent on the payment method.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per request.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to fully approved KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit — fu99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Fu99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete if required.

04 Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Requirements

Fu99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms stated on its respective promotions page. Those promotion-specific terms are in addition to these general terms, and in the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet all stated eligibility requirements.
• Each bonus has rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Unused bonuses within validity period will expire automatically upon the set date.
• Each bonus type can generally only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Fu99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

05 General Game Rules

All games available on the fu99 platform use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure game outcomes are fully random. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error exists.

• Members place bets using their own account balance — wagering through another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs or technical vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• The use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• Fu99 reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of misconduct or manipulation.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a match or session, fu99 will use system records to determine a fair outcome.

For live sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets. Bets placed after the designated cut-off time will be voided and fully refunded.

06 Account Security and Member Responsibilities

Account security is a shared responsibility between fu99 and its members. Our platform protects your data with 256-bit SSL encryption and a fraud monitoring system that operates 24/7. However, you are also required to take reasonable steps to safeguard access to your account.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Never share your password or login details with anyone, including fu99 staff.
• Avoid accessing your account from public devices or unsecured WiFi networks.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

07 Account Suspension & Termination

Fu99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. This action will be taken in cases of terms and conditions violations, suspicious activity, or any attempted fraud.

An account may be closed or suspended for the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software or bots to play.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs for unfair advantage.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time via account settings or by contacting the fu99 support team. Valid balances excluding any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements will be returned to the member through their verified payment method.

08 Platform Liability Limits

Fu99 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

• Fu99 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses from betting activity are solely the member's responsibility.
• Fu99 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.
• In cases where fu99 is found liable for any loss, our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

09 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Fu99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via in-account notifications, registered email, and/or fu99 app notifications before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the fu99 platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all valid balances.
